Aspenfrost walked out of camp, her tail flicking behind her as she made her way into the territory. The black and white splashed cat was in the middle of yawning when she heard paw steps behind her. The queen turned around, seeing a figure of a cat. "Hello?" she meowed, narrowing her icy gaze.

Pearlstar had been hunting, which generally he preferred to do by himself, to save being ridiculed by those who had no faith in their young leader. The tom had been scuffling through his catches- he had been out all day, and contrary to popular belief, was an excellent hunter. Four fish, two salamanders, and a random mouse that had unfortunately wandered by were at his feet. He flicked his ear at an unexpected greeting, but burst into a purr at the recognition of the HazeClan queen. "Aspenfrost," he greeted, with a dip of his head. |

Aspenfrost heard a purr and the cat say her name. She then realized who it was. "Oh, Pearlstar. I didn't expect to see you here. I was startled." Usually, when meeting cats, she was more hostile and snappish. But, it would be wrong to do the same to the cat that lead HazeClan, no matter how young he may be. The black and white queen gave him a dip of her as he dipped his head to her. "Out hunting?" she asked.

"You bet," Pearlstar sighed. Aspenfrost respected him, at least- and if she didn't, she was courteous. That's what counted, right? "What are you doing out so far in the territory? Longing for some fresh air?" he purred and then stopped because Rhap is really busy and apologizes for the crap post. |

She shrugged. "I was just wandering around. It can get stuffy in the nursery." Aspenfrost yawned. "Do you mind getting a hunting partner? I think it would be nice to hunt with someone." Red didn't know what to say so she let Aspenfrost sit down.

"Sure! You go first! I'm sure it's been a while, being cooped up in the nursery and all.. we don't even have any kits!" Pearlstar grinned, as Rhapsody was pretty much falling asleep in her chair because she hasn't slept in 36 hours. |

Aspenfrost roled her eyes slightly. "Please. I haven't been a queen that long." She glanced at the dark furred tom before shrugging. "The kits will come when they want to come." Red's jaw started to hurt, so she just decided to post.
