Appearance
Brambleheart boasts a thick coat of rich, light brown. While groomed with care, it has an almost messy, rugged-looking appearance owed to the white distributed carelessly across his otherwise-vibrant pelt. Most of the lighter coloring is located primarily on his chest and underbelly, though thin trails of white streak through the fur on his legs in broken stripes, and his paws share a similar look, as if they were dipped with snow in unequal amounts, including one in particular-- the front right-- that seems to reach up the side of his leg. Because of these odd splotches, a bit of the rest of the tom's pelt has become unfortunately 'trapped' within the white, such as the sides of his muzzle and a small, circular brown tabby patch between his chest and shoulder-- his most recognizable feature, fitting of the '--heart' in his name. His tabby markings, however, are a more 'organized' mess, as some would say; a good, dark black, winding around his body and offering a nice contrast between the wilder browns and whites. Brambleheart's eyes, on the other hand, seem to have been left untouched by any unruliness. They are a pale green; crisp, bright, and ringed with white, much like a frosted leaf one would find during leafbare.
When it comes to size, he is a large tom, more so in height than in bulk, but hidden beneath any fur is a well-muscled frame befit for a warrior, rippling, hardened, and well-earned over moons of training and battle. HIs paws are especially impressive; large, tough, and with fur between each toe to provide a bit of further protection, if needed. With them, Brambleheart rarely loses his balance when padding along the branches of Shadeclan's great oaks, deals powerful blows, and traps prey underpaw with ease. Battle is a more preferable option, however, for he tends to have trouble maintaining cover in seasons where leaves and snow would easily crunch beneath his weight.
Brambleheart collects scars like a squirrel to nuts. While some, arguably, have resulted from the tom's mistakes, many are tokens of victory in battle, and they decorate his shoulders and legs similar to how stripes adorn his fur. He has yet to earn a more significant mark, however, for none of his scars are very visible, and most conceal themselves beneath the thickness of his fur. Nevertheless, Brambleheart acknowledges them with pride, as he believes them to be a show of experience, and, if he were concerned, prove much more attractive than a fully-intact coat.
