Hummingflight walked out of the Medicinecat den with a purr, loving the smell of the herbs. He had no regrets for choosing the life of a Medicinecat, though some of them may wish they had mates, Hummingflight was as happy as he could be. He walked over to the fresh kill pile and grabbed something for himself to eat and took a seat not too far off. It didn't take too long for Hummingflight to finish off the prey, it wasn't a very big piece. "Is there anyone that would care to go for a walk?" He called out. While he had an important job, it was important for him to get out for fresh air every once in a while, and it wouldn't hurt to meet some new cats. After all, he did need to make some friends.

SANDWHISPER stuff stuff stuff
________________________________
Sandwhisper stepped out of the warrior den, her green eyes searching the clearing for somewhere she could plop down and relax. Cats gathered around the area, apprentices doing chores. Warriors coming back from hunts and patrols, perspiration sticking to their paws. A hub of activity, that Sandwhisper wasn't in the mood for.
So, instead of sticking to the 'relax plan' the light brown warrior moved towards the entrance of the camp, might as well take a walk.
Paws padding for the entrance, she moved swiftly, wanting to get out as fast as she could. Sandwhisper wasn't in the mood for company, more for some careful thinking, or possibly a nice run around the territory. But, a voice from behind her made her stop dead in her tracks.
"Is there anyone that would care to go for a walk?"
Sandwhisper's head turned, and her eyes immediately recognized Hummingflight as being the speaker. She could easily say 'no, thank you' and walk away, but this was the Medicine Cat. The cat in charge of saving her life if it was ever needed. Besides, cats don't usually go out into territory along, and she clearly wasn't about to make dirt. Hummingflight would surly notice her, with two paws already out of the entrance.
Besides, she had always, secretly, hoped for a friend or two. Even though it was only a motive of her subconscious, it still had an impact on her decision.
"Mhhhhmmm." She sighed, the sound barely audible.
"I was just about to go out. If you'd like to tag along."

Hummingflight waited for someone to reply, hoping there would be someone wanting to go out into the territory. Before long, he heard a cat say they were about to go out and he could tag along. He soon identified who the cat was, a she-cat by the entrance. "That sounds lovely." Hummingflight purred and padded over. "I haven't been out in ages. My name is Hummingflight, what is yours?" He asked curiously. He hadn't met everyone in the clan yet, so Hummingflight didn't really know anyone's name. "It will be a great walk considering it's such a great day."
