SANDWHISPER stuff stuff stuff

It was a pain, doing the same thing every day. Patrolling and hunting made up the time between sunrise and sunset, sleeping and eating making up the time that remained. Sandwhisper never had any time for herself, until this day.
It was a dawn Sandwhisper thought she had waited her entire life for. Bright and warm, a few white wisps of clouds in the sky, a slight breeze, and the smell of last nights rain still lingering in the air. Most importantly, no one cared what she did to consume her time (so long as it didn't break the warrior code).
The light brown cat stretched her muscles, standing in the center of camp, then she proceeded to pad towards the fresh-kill pile and scanning over the carcasses. Her green eyes locked on to a large rabbit, but she turned away once she noticed the sloppy bite marks around it's neck, and slight bruising around the legs.
"Apprentices." The warrior shook her head, slightly angered at the fact that their mentors couldn't train them how to properly catch a rabbit. The specimen, looked like it had put up quite a struggle, and almost had won the battle.
With a huff she snatched up a bird from the bottom of the pile, prey toppling haphazardly onto the ground. She let out an irritated growl, before pushing the prey back with her paw, and made her way to the entrance of camp.
Once she was out of camp (with her prey in her jaws) she made her way to the east side of the territory. Grass, grass, and even more grass, passed by her as she padded out to a tree she had encountered many times before.
It towered high above her head, branches thin and fragile, a lone figure on the horizon. But the leaves were large in size, enough to block out the sunlight.
Sandwhisper plopped down underneath the tree, and started to slowly eat her meal, expecting that her one day of no responsibilities would be a peaceful one. But, of course, the scent of another cat clung to air, and it was getting closer.
Sandwhisper tried her hardest to ignore it, but to no avail. The sound of pawsteps interrupted the sound of rustling leaves, and an upset Sandwhisper got to her paws turning towards the sound with a hiss.
"Do you mind?" She asked, needing no reply before she continued. "I'm trying to eat, in peace. Your thumping around is ruining it."
